1- Bachelor degree from a reputable university preferably in architecture.
2- Years of experience 8-10 years.
3- Excellent command of written and spoken arabic, english.
4- Good knowledge of international and local construction contracts, specifications and tendering procedures.
5- Excellent command of using computers and major software related to the construction.
